Do I need the monthly books plan first?
No. This plan includes the monthly books. It's one service at one flat price, handled by the same people.
What's on the dashboard?
It's built around your decisions. Most owners want cash for the next 13 weeks, profit by job type, money owed to them and the hire test. If you track something different, we build that instead.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It opens in your phone's browser, so there's nothing to install.
What does it cost?
One flat monthly price based on your transaction volume and how much reporting you need. We quote it after a call, and it doesn't move month to month. No hourly billing.
Is this the same as having a CFO?
Not quite. This plan gives you the numbers a CFO would want on the wall. Advisory adds the judgment: forecasting, planning and someone in your corner for the big calls. If that's what you're after, start there.
Do you do my taxes?
No. We do bookkeeping and financial systems, and your tax preparer gets clean, current books to work from. We're glad to coordinate with them directly.
